Were stuck in traffic so I figured I should update everyone. This weekend was Difficult Run PC horse trials. Barney and Running Order did their first training level...and Running Order won and Barney ended up in 2nd all out of 20ish people.
Charm and Farley went novice both had to go HC due to late entries...but had counted Charm would have won with a 26 and Farley would have been in 3rd.
Very exciting for all of them...Loudon for the big kids next week.

Down in Middleburg Va today for the 4th annual derbycross. It was a blast for those who don't know wbout derbycross its a combo of show jumping and XC timed and the fastest combined time between 3 eventers and 1 show jumper wins. My team finished up in 2nd and I ended up getting the MVP award for the fastest time. Special thanks to all of the orgainzers and Lynn for letting me borrow a stall for the night.

We arrived this evening at Millbrook started out with 9 to show. Unfortunately, while kicking as rocket does on the trailer, he managed to break the butt bar and lodge it into his hamstring, so the vet came out and flushed it out. So next time for Rocket. 3 of the other 8 start tomorrow.
